Our team demolished the existing Golf Course by removing 86 trees and stumps for preparation of the new Butte Humane Society. Contracted to perform site grading for the main building, adoption center, veterinary clinic, education center and customer parking. The parking lot consisted of concrete sidewalks, asphalt concrete paving, striping and signage, and off - site roadway improvements for the new building.
Our team demolished 18.5 acres of olive trees and irrigation facilities. We cut a three acre detention pond, performed site grading, aggregate placement for asphalt concrete paving, laid concrete sidewalks and pads, footing excavation, installed a 5,000-gallon equalization tank with solids handling pump, and installed a 3,000-gallon septic tank with bio filter and effluent pump. We implemented an Advantex Secondary Treatment System, Orenco Systems Leach field, force main and gravity sewer pipe. Additionally, we installed fire and domestic water mains and apparatuses, storm drain system asphalt concrete paving, and striping and signage for new buildings and parking lot.
Our team removed the existing failed asphalt concrete and subgrade on the bike path, performed aggregate base and asphalt paving, drainage facilities, prepared the surface, placed green Ride-A-Way epoxy modified acrylic coating along entire bike path through the campus, and installed thermoplastic pavement markings and reflective lane striping.
Our team demolished an existing building, vegetation and hardscapes in preparation for the new business of Habit Burger. The team excavated and replaced rock for Bio retention ponds, prepared subgrade for the 4,400 SF building pad and completed subgrade for the parking lot. Installed underground utilities, sewer, water and gas tie-ins to existing services. The parking lot consisted of aggregate base, asphalt concrete paving, concrete sidewalks, striping and signage.
